I've yet to have the opportunity to discuss my proposal of establishing a sister city relationship between Telnus and Selnar with Tatrix Vanora. I believe this idea holds merit, considering the low population and the familial bond shared by the heads of these two cities. The potential benefits of such a partnership have sparked my curiosity, and I eagerly anticipate Tatrix Vanora's thoughts and feedback on this suggestion.
Based on my concept, the High Council would feature designated seats for both the Tatrix and Ubar of the two sister cities, Telnus and Selnar. This arrangement would emphasize the equal partnership between the cities and provide a platform for collaboration and decision-making at the highest level of governance.
